Easton Farm - Dillin & Borror - 2021

Mixed use residential/retail development in Springboro, Ohio. Project completed in 3 weeks from modeling to final video.

Valley Fair - Westfield - 2018

Massive luxury re-development in San Jose, California. Entire mall was visualized in Virtual Reality. Since VR projects can only be showcased with VR equipment, this is short animation made from the VR engine.

Beverly Center - The Taubman Company - 2016

Tripod3D is proud to be part of this $500 million re-development project. This was more than a simple video production in that we provided real time visualization and virtual reality toolset throughout the design process to help the developer and architects visualize their design.

Adell Center - 2018

Planned development at site of old Novi Expo center. This project was perfect example of quick turnaround using real-time engine. No 3D data was provided by the client. Entire site was modeled and rendered from reference photos in 2 weeks. This video played pivotal role in approval process.

Technology 880 - Surnow - 2017

Marketing/promotional video produced for commercial building. Initial production was for simple video walkthrough and still image renderings but it was expanded into full Virtual Reality walkthrough in order to demonstrate how the interior can be configured.

The Jefferey - Surnow - 2017

This extensive remodeling project in Birmingham, Michigan was previsualized in Real-Time engine for design evaluation and repurposed for marketing materials. We worked closely with the architect and developer in each design phases to produce a virtual model that is close to the completed building.
