We were able to help our client who were in need of quick visualization of their commercial project.

This video and renderings were produced in just 3 days from modeling to final video. We were provided with site plan and photos of existing building at another location.

Covid 19 Update

Covid 19 has hit hard on both retail and architecture industry. It also caused global chip shortage which also indrectly affected high tech industry such as us.

But through efficient management and allocation of resources, we are still operating at full capacity. As evident in our recent project, we are collaborating with residential developers as well as retail and commercial.

Beverly Center Construction Complete

After a year of construction, Beverly Center is finally re-opened.
Developed by The Taubman Company and designed by Studio FUKSAS, this historic landmark in Beverly Hills, California has gone complete renovation.

Tripod3D was contacted by the developer to produce a short animation for a design presentation. But as the client saw the benefit of the real-time engine, the project grew into a design evaluation tool. One example is the floor which was originally designed to be dark tile. The real time engine showed that it would darken the entire area and was revised to lighter tile as shown in image to the left.

And with Virtual Reality headsets, designers were able to see their design come to life years before they are built. The quality of the real-time engine provided by Epic's Unreal Engine 4 is highly realistic as shown in the image. Image on top is rendered from VR engine 2 years before. And lower image is actual photograph taken after contruction completion.

Owl Creek Apartments VR

Our first residential VR project was an ambitious one. While this luxurious apartment complex is still under construction in Ann Arbor, Michigan, we were tasked to produce every part of this development including every single unit of the apartments. That is 180 apartment units plus the clubhouse all accessible in Virtual Reality.

When everything was said and done, potential tenants can see the exact units they'd be renting with the exact view and accessibility. For this project, we delivered the complete VR package including the hardware consist of HTC Vive Pro Wireless and VR ready PC.
